Orders & Payment
Placement of an order constitutes acceptance of the price and turnaround quoted at checkout. Payment is due before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Revisions
Revision allowances for each order are set out on the order/service page at time of purchase. See our revision process for how to request changes to delivered work.
File Ownership
Customers retain ownership of artwork they upload. Digitized/converted output files are licensed to the customer upon full payment for their own production use.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refund and cancellation terms depend on production stage at the time of the request. Contact support before cancelling an in-progress order.
