Plans are scoped to the service you subscribe under. Need both? Mention it when you subscribe or build a custom plan and we'll set it up.
Will I be charged based on design complexity, size, or turnaround time?+
No — your monthly price is fixed for the included design count. Complexity/size/turnaround only affect pay-as-you-go quotes outside a plan.
Is there any fee for revisions?+
No. Revisions are included — request one and it gets reworked and re-checked at no extra cost.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription anytime?+
Yes. Since billing isn't automated yet, just email us and we'll pause, adjust, or cancel your plan directly — no lock-in.
How do I submit a file and receive the design?+
Once subscribed, you'll submit designs the same way as a regular quote — upload your artwork and we'll deliver the finished file to your email.
